Identify the panel by name and describe whether your question concerns its size, finish, mounting family or the quantities in your wall plan. If you already submitted a request, include its reference rather than sending a new delivery form.

Coverage questions are easier to understand with the wall width and height, the area occupied by openings and the percentage you want to cover. Describe switches, sockets and intended gaps as well; the calculator cannot see their positions. Rail and clip packs are different components, and neither supplies substrate fixings.

For an arrival concern, describe the affected edge, fabric, slat or mounting piece and retain the packaging for inspection. Email is also the contact route for corrections to delivery details and questions about personal information. Avoid including unnecessary household details in your message.
