Hush Section

Panel delivery and arrival checks

Delivery for a nonempty Hush Section request is $12.95 when the goods subtotal is below $250; at $250 or more, delivery is free. Eligibility uses the goods subtotal before the newsletter discount, and the 10% welcome deduction does not apply to delivery. Review the displayed total and delivery address before sending your request.

A request reference alone is not a dispatch commitment. Contact support@hushsection.shop if an address needs correction or if you need delivery arrangements clarified before installation. Do not schedule work solely from the request record.

When panels arrive, retain any protective wrapping until you have checked corners, fabric faces, slats and mounting components. Keep rigid panels supported rather than leaning them on an exposed edge. Before raising a delivery or return concern, record the model, affected area and condition of the packaging. Rail and clip packs must be checked against the chosen panel, with substrate fixings sourced separately.
